This policy explains what personal information I collect through tamarminani.co, how I use it and the choices you have. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Tamar Minani, and “the site” means tamarminani.co.

What I collect

• Work-together inquiriesYour answers to my “Let’s work together” form, which asks general and insightful questions to help me better understand your business, along with any contact details you provide.
• Emails you send meYour email address and anything you include when you write to hello@tamarminani.co.
• Basic technical informationLike most websites, the services that run this site automatically receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.

I don’t ask for payment information on this site, and I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

How I use it

• To send you my email newsletter, if you signed up for it.
• To reply to your inquiries and messages, and to discuss working together.
• To keep the site running properly and securely.

I don’t sell or rent your personal information.

Services that help run this site

I use trusted third-party services to run the site and handle your information. They process it on my behalf under their own privacy policies:

Some of these services may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

I don’t use my own analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The services listed above may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own privacy policies.

Links to other sites

The site links to my YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram profiles and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn’t cover.

Your choices

• UnsubscribeEvery newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time.
• Access or correctionYou can ask to see the personal information I have about you, or ask me to correct it, by emailing hello@tamarminani.co.
• DeletionYou can ask me to delete your information, and I’ll do so unless I need to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above. Email list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.

Keeping it safe

I use reputable services and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so I can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
